DIRECTIONS:

Start by shaking up a storm – pour your bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker and give it a dry shake shake shake for approximately 30 seconds, no ice needed. Then, add in the ice cubes and shake it like you mean it for about 20 seconds until it's colder than your ex's heart.
